I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

Every time I try to purchase the All-Pro Deal it tells me Error code: Can't make purchase while StorKit transaction is already in progress.

Well a new promo just started. I hope we dont miss this one too. Ive never had to work so hard to give away money to a company.

    I agree ... I’ve had the issue for over a month as well and ea just closed my case. Very ... VERY frustrating!

    Sound like EA missed out on thousands of dollars or more over the last few weeks... it’s unfortunate.

    And how has a rep not responded in so long? Especially after I believe two or three members requested and tagged one specifically. Can we get an answer. Not a "we are working on it". Something? Or you literally could care less. Maybe if it was your problem you'd care.

      Followed up with EA support via email and they replied that their studio team is currently working with Apple, no ETA at this time but they assured me that their team is working on it. Crossed my fingers, as the season goes there will be better stuff coming out and we certainly don't want to miss that train

        Anything about what they are going to do for the players who've been impacted by this for near two months? Probably not I'm assuming but curios none the less.
