I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

To assist us with our investigation on this, can I ask affected players to please add the following details to this thread:

  • Platform: iOS or Android
  • User ID: [Edit - Please do not post this publicly. - Admin.]
  • Time (including timezone) and date of last attempted purchase e.g 17:35 PST Sept 6th
  • Region: country should be specific enough

    Im on the verge of giving up. Let face it, regardless of what EA said, they won't ever fix it. If they want to, they would already did. This is poor customer service at its best. I have tried to be patient and civil but at this point, don't hope on it.
