I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

To assist us with our investigation on this, can I ask affected players to please add the following details to this thread:

  • Platform: iOS or Android
  • User ID: [Edit - Please do not post this publicly. - Admin.]
  • Time (including timezone) and date of last attempted purchase e.g 17:35 PST Sept 6th
  • Region: country should be specific enough

    This is just downright insane at this point. We are missing out on all kinds of packs and upgrades for our teams. Those that can use the store are enjoying all kinds of packs that we can't. We better be given a HUGE amount of free stuff for everything we missed out on. I'm talking a TON of madden cash as well as players and bonuses. Just fix it already!!!!!

    For me the problem is the screen appears empty in the purchase madden cash section of the game, and reinstaling the app dosen't work.

    I have a samsung S5 phone and live in Mexico.
