I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

@pgetz51 I think what happened was that in using Tab to move between typing sections it accepted the subject as a previous topic I was reading. The subject has nothing to do with my technical issue, as you can see in the body and through the photos. Several of the specialists have requested that I put the issue here for visibility and to see if the community has a greater issue beyond mine. Essentially, I chose the Elite Madden Cash Cooldown Collectible as a tournament reward one week and it has not worked properly since loading it in my locker. I am at Level three for it right now and it should be a 168-hour cooldown. However it resets to 179+ hours every time I redeem the voucher and actually takes longer than that to cooldown as I've noted in the timestamps of my screen shots to the specialists. There was not a way to delete the thread or edit it after it posted, so you read the mistitled version.

But if there are community members who are having the same issue, I would love to find them and reference it in a help request to EA.

@itsmraj2u  ahhh makes sense.  Yeah I thought it was weird that the subject was the same and just wasn't sure what was going on.  Thanks for clarifying.

@itsmraj2u  you might want to see if you can update the title of this thread.  If not, I'd open a new one so that people can easily search if they are having a similar issue.
