I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Received the Elite Madden Cash Cooldown Set Collectible weeks ago as a weekend tournament reward.  It has not cooled down properly a single time.  I am a Level 3 in it right now and the art indicates...

@itsmraj2u  ahhh makes sense.  Yeah I thought it was weird that the subject was the same and just wasn't sure what was going on.  Thanks for clarifying.

@itsmraj2u  you might want to see if you can update the title of this thread.  If not, I'd open a new one so that people can easily search if they are having a similar issue.
