It works for me under Seasons Mode after a play is done and I'm given the options to choose another play. I pause the game before selecting another play.
Is it available if you finish your current game and start your next week's game?
I am having the same problem. Instant replay won't work.

Do you remember what you were doing just prior to when it stopped working? Is it happening every time or at random times when you try to look at it during Seasons mode?It hasn't worked at all for me. I tried it multiple times and it didn't work.
