When exactly do you go to the replay?
What type of device are you on and have you tried reinstalling the game?
Does it work if you finish out a Season and start a new one?

I try it right after a play before I choose the next one.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy A12.
It didn't work when I started a new season.

I take it you've tried re-installing the game? Have you checked your device for updates?
What graphical setting do you have selected under your Visual Preferences in game?Android Troubleshooting

I re-installed the app and made sure it's updated.
The visual preferences are at defaults, although I couldn't find one that said graphics specifically.

What is the type of device do you play on? If your device doesn't have a graphical slider under visual preferences that means your device is around the minimum system requirements to run the game.
I also use a Galaxy a12 And it doesn't work for me either
