I take it you've tried re-installing the game? Have you checked your device for updates?
What graphical setting do you have selected under your Visual Preferences in game?

I re-installed the app and made sure it's updated.
The visual preferences are at defaults, although I couldn't find one that said graphics specifically.

What is the type of device do you play on? If your device doesn't have a graphical slider under visual preferences that means your device is around the minimum system requirements to run the game. I use a Samsung Galaxy A12.
