I changed phones and can't access my madden mobile

I changed phones and can't get back on to my madden mobile account. I was playing as a guest and don't know how to get my progress back, please help

    Guest accounts are tied to a specific device. If you want to use your account on your new phone you will have to link the account on your old phone to a Facebook, Google+ or Game Centre account.

I logged in with my old phone,went to setting menu then linked menu.once your in the linked menu link it to google play games & unlinked it from old device.then you close the app on old device.open your google play app on new device the icon for the game should pop up(you need to install Madden mobile on new device)click play & it should take  you into the app
