I need help unlinking an old disabled EA account from my PSN

I need help unlinking my old EA account from my PSN account. The EA account linked to my PSN account has been disabled, and I cannot access it normally because EA changed the associated email. I've tried contacting EA using the "Case" system, but every case I've opened has been marked as "resolved" without any explanation. I've been trying to resolve this issue since March 14, 2024, but I still haven't received any assistance from EA. This whole situation is so funny to me because other companies like Steam or even Epic would solved that problem in less than a day. And now i cant even open a new case because the "chat" option has completely disappeared.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:&nbsp;

Go to:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
Select "I want to update my EA Account information"&nbsp;
Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
