I PAID 10K MADDEN CASH FOR THE LEGEND PACK, THINKING I WOULD GET JERRY RICE HELP

can somebody at EA help me? can I get a refund or trade out the Winslow Sr for Jerry Rice. I wouldn't have paid 10K MC if I knew he wouldn't be in there.

Further, I think 10K Madden Cash should be more than enough for Jerry Rice...
