I feel it is super efficient & more organized as you can link to it from any EA app or game. And you never have to keep an eye on your email waiting for a response. It helps in getting the speediest & most informed reply from support...finally I recommend screen shots in any situation like this, hard evidence is always hard to dispute in any case.
