In Madden Mobile 24 how do you create an in-game ticket.

I've tried to get help with a missing card issue and I go through all the red tape and create a case but when I get to an advisor they say I need to create an in-game ticket. They send me a link that...

To start live help in game follow these instructions.

Open MADDEN NFL 24 MOBILE app on your phone
Click on Account management
Click Help
Select support option.

I tried this and every time I try to create a new case it just goes back to the beginning and it's one big loop.

So frustrating. It’s one giant loop. Once they send you the link, they disconnect from the help center in India and it’s all over. There’s no “in-game” help. It’s a joke.
