in season mode on Madden mobile 22 how do you upgrade the players on your team

it says you can upgrade the players on your team in season mode on Madden mobile 22 and I can't figure it out and the team I start with it's power rating is below every team I have to play hard to wi...

@johnjohn196641 You don’t see any of your players you can level up?? Did you look under your Roster?

Yes and I'm not able to up grade any of them in season mode .
