Incorrect Reward for Genesis 5x Brady or Mahomes cards

@TK_Powered and @EA_Blueberry .. got a "make up" pack pushed to my hand for choice of 5 shards. Thank you. This did get resolved.. I should've screen shot but forgot.

Traded my 12 keys and got the attached screenshot. It's doused to give the choice to select 5 Rare shards of either Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes. Contacted EA... they said ... we'll report a bug. Thanks EA... you do nothing at all times... you're consistent..ly awful.

I had the same issue this morning. I got a random 80 rare card instead the 5x select Maholmes or Brady listed in the trade in description.

    Same was ready to upgrade my QB and nothing ...Also it looks like no answers or updates either
