    Subject: Ban Appeal Request: wojotime

    Hello,

I am reaching out to sincerely apologize and request a second chance to rejoin the Madden Mobile community chat. I was recently permanently banned for using the phrase "WTF."

At the time, a moderator gave me a warning or mentioned a "timeout," but I honestly did not understand what that meant or how the system worked, as I have never been kicked or banned from a group before. I didn't realize that replying would result in an immediate permanent removal, and I meant no disrespect to the staff or the community guidelines.

I take playing Madden Mobile very seriously and rely on this chat to coordinate and run my team page. Up until this misunderstanding, I have maintained a completely clean history in the community. Now that I fully understand the rules and how the timeout system operates, I promise to strictly adhere to all guidelines moving forward.

Please consider lowering this to a temporary restriction or reinstating my account. Thank you for your time, fairness, and consideration.

    Best regards,

    Matthew  username is wojotime
