What Game version are you currently using? 1.0.6 (I set iphone to automatically update my apps)
How much available memory is there on your device? 39.0 GB
Wi-Fi or Cell Data: I have tried connecting through both Wi-Fi and LTE

100 overall, not able to log in to my account via any device ive tried. As previous poster stated, this is definitely a user account issue. I have been in contact with someone from the specialist team and he is keeping me updated as well.
