Installed Update: Constant Unknown Error Involving Coins

Dear Helpers,
I am now able to earn coins as rewards for challenges & matches however there is still an UNKNOWN ERROR crash if I try to sell any items. Thought an update on what is & what isn't working might be helpful.

Thank you for the update. I had no problem quick selling any of my items so I'm not sure what the problem is. 

Try deleting then reinstalling madden mobile if your account is connected to Facebook.

    I connected to FB however after reading so many posts about folks losing everything they've invested into a team I am very reluctant to resort to trying to delete & re-install. Also, nowhere on my FB account does it indicate Mobile Madden team will be saved. Please elaborate further about ensuring FB will keep my team saved if I proceed with deleting & re-installing.

      Specifically should I make sure I logged into FB when I go to delete & re-install or be logged out?

        I assure you that if your account is linked with your Facebook no progress will be lost.

        If you are still unsure, you may want to try force closing madden mobile and try again each time it crashes. It is temporary but it may work for a few minutes each time.
