Specifically should I make sure I logged into FB when I go to delete & re-install or be logged out?

I assure you that if your account is linked with your Facebook no progress will be lost.

If you are still unsure, you may want to try force closing madden mobile and try again each time it crashes. It is temporary but it may work for a few minutes each time.

    Sorry to beat this dead horse: should I make sure to have the Facebook app before deleting & re-installing Madden Mobile because I currently just use safari browser for it? Does the app link to Madden Mobile more reliably than just a browser accessed FB account? PS I am using iPhone 5s w/ iOS 8 (or whichever is the newest ios).

      I guess you could if you wanted to be super safe but it's not necessary.
