iPad iOS 10 upadate no sound
Hi - I recently updated to iOS 10 on my iPad (model ME400LL/A) and now 10.0.2 but when I did the sound on Madden Mobile would not work. It was the only app I have that had any issues after updating....

Community ManagerWe currently do not have a fix/patch for this so right now the only way to fix this is to revert to iOS 9.x
This is the first time I've heard anyone admit it is a problem. I reported this to EA weeks ago and all I've gotten is that I should reset my IPad to,factory settings. I believe this sound failure is tied in with the crashing problems on Head to Head and MGames. All started on my iPad at the same time, after I upgraded to IOS 10 (actual, not Beta).

To help us investigate this issue can I ask you to please post the following details:
- Exact device - iPhone 5, 5S, 6 etc.
- Exact iOS version - 10.0, 10.0.1, 10.0.2 etc.
