Issues upgrading players in ironclad offense

Is anyone else experiencing issues upgrading players in ironclad offense? I purchased the starter upgrade pack for $29.99 which gives you all three of the 90 OVR players to start. Now, that I’m ready...

    You have to exchange the 90 ovr version for it to unlock. Go into market place item exchange and trade the 90 version in for trophies. Then the 94 will be available.

Yes. I already unlocked the 90 version of Bitonio, Ramczyk and Whitehair. I can’t progress on any because they will not unlock
