Issues upgrading players in ironclad offense

Is anyone else experiencing issues upgrading players in ironclad offense? I purchased the starter upgrade pack for $29.99 which gives you all three of the 90 OVR players to start. Now, that I’m ready to upgrade it won’t allow me to move to the 94 OVR players and advance. I’m just racking up tools and all requirements are met, but it keeps showing that I don’t have the 90 OVR player yet, so it won’t accept the upgrade.

I’ve called in and no resolve. I even went through all of the troubleshooting steps to uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing. Any ideas?

You have to exchange the 90 ovr version for it to unlock. Go into market place item exchange and trade the 90 version in for trophies. Then the 94 will be available.

The madden support team should be able to just knock these issues out but they’re not helpful. No one told me all I had to do was exchange the player before upgrading him. Now we know.

I thought ‘exchange’ meant you had to have the player as a requirement for the next level. I thought they would take the player along with the anvils and hammers and stuff. Thank you so much for clarifying!!!

I don't have a 90 OVR Bitonio to exchange in the Marketplace, or any of the other two players. What do I do?

I exchanged my 90 Ramczyk and all i got was a blue trophy and the Ironclad event still doesnt recognize it. What do i try next? I logged out and restarted and it didnt work
