Journeys Genesis Won't Let Me Progress to Next Stage After Completing All Events

This should be an image showing that I did in fact make it all the way to the end of Journeys Genesis and clicked "Continue" but it would not let me advance to the next stage and as I stated previously, Genesis presents as though I had not completed all the events with a level 25 player requirement when in fact I had. And now as the first three pics show, it won't recognize my successful attempts to replay those events. So, I'm woefully stuck on my birthday of all days and while I know there are bigger problems in the world, being stuck on Journeys Genesis is turning into a time sucking bummer so if anyone knows the correct way forward, please reply and thank you. 

OK, here's an image demonstrating that I did get all the way to the end of Genesis but the level 25 player requirement events present as though I  never played them which I absolutely did. I feel bummed that I completed all the hungry requirements for Genesis which was quite demanding and now am not able to advance to the next stage. Plus now when I try to replay the events in question it does not recognize and reflect my progress. So most events show as zero successful attempts, one or two show as one attempt completed but no matter how many times I replay these events it won't acknowledge them. So please: help! 

Anyone? I really need some guidance here as I've been stuck on Journeys Genesis for at least five days now and have tried everything to get the app to work correctly or let me replay the events it presents as unplayed and nothing works. This is totally frustrating and messed-up, so if you're in the know, please chime in. Thank you. And in my prior post I meant "stage", not "state".

When you back out of Journey Genesis and go to the Journeys map it's showing the AFC and NFC events locked?

OK, I checked and both the AFC and NFC events are unlocked. I'm attaching a screenshot to verify this is the case.

I super-appreciate your time and attention and am hopeful that you can help me to resolve the problem of Journeys Genesis not letting me advance to the next Journeys stage despite having completed all required events and receiving Tomlinson. It's such a weird bug and I don't understand why it's still happening after force quitting, clearing the cache, verifying time & date & latest version of Android installed then restarting and reinstalling MM 22. Spoke with EA Help twice who advised me to post here and on the Twitter feed for Madden NFL along with strongly urging me to perform the usual troubleshooting steps which I'd already done, and so far you're the only one to take me past "perform troubleshooting and post on answers.ea.com".

So again, I appreciate your time and am praying that you can guide me toward a fix because it's been almost a week now and I'm falling way behind both in general and in comparison with the rest of my league. So, thank you in advance for whatever help you can provide 

The appropriate stages of Genesis Journey have been completed but I still cannot level up past level 15.
