- Anonymous11 years agoSame thing happened to me I bought two different players and they did not show up on my roster and no they were not collectibles I lost 73,000 coins how do I get reimbursed for that??

- Anonymous11 years agoSame thing. It wouldn't let me check the auction. Said auction was unavailable. Now I'm out about 60,000 coins

Please return the 34000 coins I lost in the madden mobile auction issue.

- Anonymous11 years agoAbout the last 3 times I've bid, it said I won, then the phone says it lost connection. When I regain connection, the player is gone, and twice the coins were too. I've spent a lot of time doing this and I want either my players or my coins.

If you have lost coins in an auction or have not received and item from an auction please allow 24hrs to pass for the coins or item(s) to become available.
After 24hrs if the coins or items are not available to you then first power your device off and back on.
If your missing items or coins are still not available upon login then contact an Advisor for assistance.
