Kickoff Master Tickets not being Rewarded.
I completed all 4 87 OVR Kickoff Masters. I only received 2 Kickoff Master Tickets. I have checked achievements and they are not waiting to be claimed. They simply are not there...but the achievement...

So I have completed 4 87 overall kickoff masters, however I received only one kickoff master ticket for the Patrick Mahommes set. Now the issue is, the first day of promo, you were able to get those tickets by completing 84 overall masters (not 87). I did that and got my 4 kickoff master tickets, but then EA changed the requirements from 84 to 87 and took the tickets away. After a day, they gave me one ticket back because at the time I had completed one 87 overall master. However, now I have completed all 4, but haven't been able to get any additional tickets from the achievements other than the one that EA sent to me.
I really appreciate if you can help ASAP me get my tickets as the promo ends in two days and I've spent a lot on this promo. Please find attached screenshots of the sets.

I actually did that yesterday and spent 2-3 hours on the phone, but turned out that this is something they can not validate. So they actually asked me to post here, cause devs here will be able to help. Please let me know how to proceed.
- @GoodOldRed I have this same issue, missing my final ticket. EA customer service is no help at all.
EA game advisor tells me it's a known issue, but they don't do anything about it. How can I get this resolved before the set expires?
This promo is almost over and nobody can do anything to help. Just maddening.
