Kickoff season mode

I played kickoff season mode and won the superbowl. I thought I was supposed to get one of 87 player, but I didn't. And everytime I try to play kickoff season mode thereafter, app crashes

@ramenbartender First, you have to either buy the starter pack or spend 4000 gems in order to unlock the kickoff season mode. And in order to actually play it once you unlock it you will have to Uninstall and reinstall the game. EA made this part a great big huge pain in the arse.

@ramenbartender So did you get your 87 overall master after completing it for the second time? Same issue happened to me and I'm not sure if I should replay. If it's not gonna work, I'm not gonna waste my time again. I just want the player..
