I agree. The auction house thing sucks and didn't affect me much. I am more upset about purchasing madden cash and not recieving it, and last season as well still not answering or resolving issues with cases still open. Transfer of season missing rewards, now and later packs, and madden cash. Game advisors agreed and said yes i should be rewarded and will be soon. That was over 6 weeks ago how soon is soon? When you get a hold of EA they just say we will pass it on and look into it but never get back to you. Customer service can't and won't help. So if a mistake happens on EA behalf they don't do anything. But if a player does something they will execute right away and punish them. It isn't just this game, but several others made by them. If you are having issues with then as well i would make sure you also file a case with the Better Business Bureau as they are now aware of these claims and "theft/scam" issues. Also making sure our voices are heard not just those places but social media, game networks, and letting NFL realize how big EA had messed up on a sport dragging them through the mud as well
