Lawsuit Time

I really hope somebody starts a class action lawsuit for all the unfair BS this auction house caused.  People spent actual money on packs, sold players and items obtained in those packs, and now have...

    This isn't the Lawsuit HQ, you can speak and pay for your own lawyers if you wish to proceed to sue EA.

There rating speaks for its self. Rated one of the worst customer support and resolution. They are also looking into filing a lawsuit with enough people and evidence. This might help you out more.
