League chat disabled and cannot challenge other players

League chat is disable (it says temporarily disabled but it's going on 4 days for me. Also, I cannot challenge anyone in our leage. No green arrows or yellow waiting icons or red stop icons. Nothing...

    The reason for this is because your league commisioner put the setting that way.

    If you want it changed, contact your Commish.

      Ok. I'm a commish and don't see where or how to enable the chat for my league. Can anyone help me out on this please??? Tyvm!
