League chat disabled and cannot challenge other players

League chat is disable (it says temporarily disabled but it's going on 4 days for me.

Also, I cannot challenge anyone in our leage. No green arrows or yellow waiting icons or red stop icons. Nothing so I can't challenge anyone. People are able to challenge me.

    Fix this problem, or atleast acknowledge the problem and not ignore this thread.

    Anyway I'm a League Owner starting my own part of the game and I'm wondering how do I enable chat for my league.
