League Members Not Playing - Come Here if You Need an Active League!

I’m having problems getting players to participate in LvL Play.

Our League is “Gator Nation” and it just seems over the last 3 years only a few consistently play and take all 3 drives. We only require they play 3-4 times a week.

I’ve gone from having 25 members down to 9 because they just won’t play and it’s not fair to the other members who do!

Anyone else have the same issues?

    @lkbroach I'd try going to competitive so your league is more appealing to those that want to climbs the ranks. Those players will be more likely interested in logging in to get as many objectives and challenges done.

    I feel you though. League vs. League games grant some good league rewards to use towards the league store. I usually purchase the gems from the league store so I can buy more program stamina.

    @lkbroach As with any game, it is at times difficult to find a group of people who consistently play all of the time. Even the league that I'm in, though the core members have been together for 3-4 seasons, the majority come and go and that's okay. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are also in the same boat as you though. I'm sure you can try to recruit some new members who are active to your league!

    Do you have your league setting on Competitive or Social? 

    Maybe we need to throw up a League Recruitment thread for Competitive League vs. League players. Let me know what you think!

    @EA_Blueberry A pinned league recruitment thread could be a pretty good idea. We have one in the FIFA Mobile forums and it works fairly well. 🙂

    We are the Crusaders.   We require a member to play Leauge vs League Tournament Drives DAILY.   A player misses one in the first week.  You're gone!  Make it past the first week & miss one, you get a warning. Miss another you're out.  We have lost a half dozen or so by 10 points or less.  Members not playing their drives was the #1 factor!

    @lkbroach I hear you, but you have to be strict also. In my league we are around 20 people and about 15 of us are together for 2 - 3 years. We bench you when you miss the first time and get 24 hours to speak up and explain yourself. If you don't speak up, you are out. If you get back in and miss again you are gone. Since life happens if you need to sit out we bench people upon their request for some days. That works pretty well. The league's name is 'The Secret Recipe' if you or some other serious players are interested just apply. I am actually one of the Admin's.

    Yeah, I’ve been playing since the beginning and the Commish for 5 of those years. I’ve done everything you’re doing and have 4-5 who’ve been with me from the start!
    We get many “revolving door” players that don’t stay long and we’re currently down to 9.
    If I decide to give my League up, I’ll def be looking for another one! I’m a daily grinder and spend plenty of $$ and currently 88-87 @ 2800 Power. We would be ranked under 1,000 but our draws are terrible! Once we get close to breaking 1,000 we draw 637, 196, 38 and 36 ranked Leagues and the last two were the same and we helped boost them to 36!!!
    The draws are NOT equitable and EA needs better algorithms to make our draws more equally ranked!!!
    Love the game and just wish more would with me!!
