League Tournaments problem...

Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

Hey EA, Madden mobile we finished the tournament over 30 hours and still not completed.it is still remaining 00.00.00 ☹️
