League Tournaments problem...
Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

Case #17697165 I attached an image to that case about whats going on but the problem is the tournament ended Friday and is stuck now. Clock is at 00:00:00 everybody is having the same thing and every time I talk to someone they tell me to uninstall and reinstall. So is actual help going to be given here or am I out of luck?

Last guy I talked to about it told me to email them and I never received an email address to send to so help someone

So am I going to get assistance with this or am I going to be left hanging like I have been for the last 3 days.
- This is ridiculous. Stuck for 6 days and no one EVER replies from EA. Dropped from being ranked 43 to our of the top 100!!! My league is so pissed. Smdh
