League Tournaments problem...
Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

My Case number is 17978445. The ExtraordinAyers league in Mobile Madden has been frozen for almost a week now. I have reported this to EASports Customer Support division and it has been escalated, but with no action. Today I called to follow up on this issue again and was told that I must post on the forums to get this issue resolved by the developers. Please contact me back as soon as possible to provide a resolution to the error in my league! We are highly ranked and losing rank quickly due to our loss in productivity!
