League Tournaments problem...

Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

After a tournament, my league will just freeze. Time remaining will say 00:00, and just stay like that. What can I do?
