League Tournaments problem...
Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

- My tournament for my league is frozen at 00:00:00
And its been already past a couple of days since it end. Me and my team would like to proceed on but the tournament wont end. Im the creator of the team and i couldnt find anyway to resovle the problem i even uninstalled the game on my LG M500 device and reinstalled the app with clear my data too but still frozen at the end of the tournament. Please help Have spent an hour on the chat to ea, after signing up an origin account just to do it.
They have no solution for a timed out tournament their end. It's been running for week timed out and doesnt auto end.

Any solution from EA tech would be great. The chat person said do this and I'm not in the slightest bit hopeful. On holiday for 3 weeks now so might get a suprise when i get home.
Also cant add fb friends which makes deleting the league and starting again difficult. I'd add them as fb friends and reinvite but that wont happen for me either.
Also yesterday, The moving zone circle thing in the gaunlet kept disappearing! Makes it hard to stay in a circle if you cant see the circle! Bit buggy this game eh?
- My league has been stuck since last Sunday morning. We were ranked #43 and have fallen out of the top 100 by no fault of ours. My members are so pi$$ed off its not even funny. I know for a fact they have dumped at least $300 into this game this morning because I work with most of my league and today is payday. Lol. But seriously this is unfreaknbelievable. Cannot reach anyone to see wth is going on. Please help!!!!
- This is ridiculous. Stuck for 6 days and no one EVER replies from EA. Dropped from being ranked 43 to our of the top 100!!! My league is so pissed. Smdh
- Whete are the updates? why is everyone giving us the runaround? no one at EA sports seems to have any idea about how to fix this problem. this problem is all over the place and no one has an answer. It's quite sad when you ask for support and they tell you that you are not to respond to them or it will cause your case number to be cancelled. So basically we're supposed to sit around and wait for nothing to happen? It would be one thing if someone would post that they've been helped and their problem solved, but I'm yet to see that. At least make some indication that you guys are trying to fix this issue. I agree with one of the previous post, need to create an option for us to kill the tournaments when this problem occurs. we can't even continue to play because the tournament is frozen, therefore we cannot continue to play the game in this mode. how do you expect people to continue to be interested in your product when they can't even play the game?
