Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

We are not able to start a new league tournament, we had played in a tournament and when the timer expired and was at 0:00:00 it just stayed there, it has been about a week since the tournament should have ended but it has not, can someone please help??

Where is the solution and why is everyone giving us the runaround? no one at EA sports seems to have any idea about how to fix this problem. this problem is all over the place and no one has an answer. It's quite sad when you ask for support and they tell you that you are not to respond to them or it will cause your case number to be cancelled. So basically we're supposed to sit around and wait for nothing to happen? It would be one thing if someone would post that they've been helped and their problem solved, but I'm yet to see that. At least make some indication that you guys are trying to fix this issue. I agree with one of the previous post, need to create an option for us to kill the tournaments when this problem occurs. we can't even continue to play because the tournament is frozen, therefore we cannot continue to play the game in this mode. how do you expect people to continue to be interested in your product when they can't even play the game?

Madden, so what's the solution to this problem? I see i am not the only one who has an expired tournament that is frozen. I pay you promptly for every purchase I make, so either fix it or refund me some money since you can't resolve the problem

My league plays tournaments daily but after this most recent tournament, it will not reset. It has been over 3 days since the tournament should have "expired." The time is literally stuck at 00:00:00 and has been like that, like I said, for over 3 days. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I did contact an EA chat representative and have a case open but he had no idea what was going on and gave me the most generic answer. Anyone please help with this issue if you know anything about it.

Same issue here.. Been locked in a tournament for 72 hours, at first we thought someone started a drive and didn't finish it, but couldn't find the culprit. The doomsday clock has stopped 00:00:00 :*-(

Hi there- we too (nfluk) had this problem about a month ago
We raised requests but the problem seemed to get misinterpreted and solutions suggested were at device level when it was clearly a problem at server level

All I can tell you is that the problem eventually corrected itself after approx 3 weeks
We didn't have to abandon our league as some suggested , we just hung in there
