League Tournaments problem...
Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

My league plays tournaments daily but after this most recent tournament, it will not reset. It has been over 3 days since the tournament should have "expired." The time is literally stuck at 00:00:00 and has been like that, like I said, for over 3 days. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I did contact an EA chat representative and have a case open but he had no idea what was going on and gave me the most generic answer. Anyone please help with this issue if you know anything about it.

We raised requests but the problem seemed to get misinterpreted and solutions suggested were at device level when it was clearly a problem at server level
All I can tell you is that the problem eventually corrected itself after approx 3 weeks
We didn't have to abandon our league as some suggested , we just hung in there
