LG L90 incompatible with new update

My LG L90 says it is incompatible with my phone while it's running on 5.0.2 Android Version.

    I'm still waiting for a response on my open ticket from EA support. However I followed the steps to clear cache and clear data on Download Mgr, Play Store, and Play Services and confirmed it fixes the problem on my Samsung Note 3.
