10 years agoThat's just the way these events are programmed. It would be more understandable if these players had 100 OVR, but for a 94-96 OVR player it just doesn't make any sense.
I have never once gotten the 20, 40, or 60 yard collectibles, and I have the other 7 cards filled into all available sets and well over 400 duplicates on my bench.
I guess I foolishly believe if I don't sell my duplicates the game will recognize what I have/don't have and will give my at least one of the missing collectibles.

- Anonymous10 years agoHave u even tried to sell them? Auction house won't take them but from what iI've read everyone is in the same sinking boat
- Anonymous10 years agoThe duplicate collectibles can be sold but not auctioned. I haven't sold any because every time they put up a new combine set I fill in the seven cards and hopelessly wait for a 20/40/60.
- 10 years agoBut it's ok, you guys will still feed the beast buying cash and system games that rope you into buying more stuff. Ask yourselves this. Why should I buy a game that doesn't allow me to play with the team I want to play with? Why should I have to play and collect * in order to not be cheated as bad the farther I go? Why can't I just play with Seattle, SF, Pittsburgh etc instead of a bunch of bench players until "I earn good players? Doesn't paying for something entitle you to the complete package? The system games and the mobile has the NFLPA stamp, I would think if pay a fair amount I should be able to pick and who I want or what team I want, not who The bEAst wants me to have. But I guess I am just weird like that.
