Live event not giving me reward

I played the gauntlet live event, won all three of the parts, and did not receive my reward. I've done this same live event 3 times before, but now it's not working. It says I completed it, and when I click on it it says I completed all 3 missions, but it also says in big red letters "REWARD NOT EARNED". I tried doing another live event, and it worked fine and gave me my reward. I tried closing the app and going back on it, but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help?
