Logging in on new iPhone
I recently got a new phone and for some reason I can't transfer my account over to my new phone. Is there any way I can solve or troubleshoot this?
@FDWB I had linked my account to EA on my old device. I had actually been on the phone with EA support a few hours ago, who had recommended that I make a post here in hopes that the studio could help me out.
@FDWB ive tried countless times to log out of the account on my old device and link it to EA on my new device but every time I try it either says I entered an invalid code (which I clearly didn’t) or that the account is already linked to another device. At this point I’m totally lost and I really don’t want to throw away all the progress I’ve already made.
