Was playing madden mobile 23, was going to load my first journey event while following the tutorial and the game crashed. I reopened the game, and the tutorial wasn’t up anymore. I can play the game normally but I can’t access the daily calendar, complete daily achievements, or access the news tab until I complete the tutorial.any way to retrieve the tutorial? I’ve tried login out and back in. I also reinstalled the app with no success. I am on iPhone

@EA_Illium I tried all the troubleshooting tips and still not allowing me to access daily awards and no login tutorial still.

None of this worked, please provide another option.

For almost a week, the EA team had time to make sure things were good to go. This is such a basic yet major bug that I'm truly surprised at the lack of care from your team here. In addition, to provide a link that had nothing to do with the original issue is also truly laughable. Oh man.

Nothing from troubleshooting seems to be clearing this bug, for most we are 4 days in with no log-in on this grand new season for 2023. Please fix soon 😔

@4dad562469669001 We're loosing 150 green $, xp, coins, tp and a player every day for not completing all daily goals. I hope there will be a compensation for that.
