Try to login with Apple ID as I usually do. Says can’t login using id try again! I have spent money on this game and wondering what I can do to get in

- @lkbroach The same thing has been happening to me, it has sold 2 of my players without me receiving coins too
The Servers are crashing today, so give it some time and if they don’t reappear just tag my Admin @EA_Blueberry
He’s not the only one, but he is very responsive and usually can help you more than I can! I’m just a regular but knowledgeable of many of the tricks in the game!

Were you able to get back in?
Why cant I login to my madden mobile account? I try to sign in with apple id and all i get back is "Apple ID login failed. Please try again: I've never had this issue until today.

Restart your device.
Log out of your Apple account and log back in.
Let me know if that helps! Madden mobile will not let me login using my Apple ID. I was just playing it yesterday and today every time I try I get login failed, please try again.

If you reset your password on your Apple account does that allow you to login?
How do I do that? This has been happening for almost a week. I’ve redownloaded the app, changed my Apple ID password, shut down then restart my device a number of times. Nothing helps. This has happened b4 but not for so long. Please help!

Did you log into the game with a different Apple ID in the past? You can only play on one Apple ID on a device this season.
