Lost 60,000 coins (there was some error saying marketplace was unavailable)

I was in a bidding war for a player and it originally said that I won however the player wasn't in my line up I then got a pop up saying I was outbid and someone else was the higher busy. That was fine except when I tried to get my coins back there were none so I lost the player and 50,000 coins

This happened 3 times in one day. I lost 15k coins and did not get the players. I guess I should thank EA because I was well on my way to spending several hundred dollars on this game. Now, I won't spend another dime on this product. Nor will I purchase any other EA products. Fool me once, etc. etc.

I've won multiple cheaper auctions and I have the same problem. Says I won, then says I was outbid and I don't get my coins back. Really sucks

I was gonna buy jeurad powers to finish off my 94 Andre Ellington set and I got outbid. And when I went to collect my money my app said the auction house is unavailable and when I came back to get my money I couldn't collect my bid. Then the auction ended And I didn't get my money . I want my money back please.

Same thing happened to me but it was a little over a 100,000 coins

Hi I lost 145,500 coins while bidding in an auction on a Jamal Charles regular elite card, I got outbid and try to 're out bid and was told I did not have enough coins. Plus the auction house kept closing saying it was unavailable. My game tag is broken2112, can I get my coins back and possibly a Jamal Charles card for my troubles because who knows if I could have won or not. Or can I get some kind of compensation for my troubles.
