lost all my coins in aution house madden moble

i tried to buy now on 2 different players in the auction house i waited 24 hours and nothing happend i lost 300k to james harrison and 15k to another nobody player please i want my coins back to continue playing i have all the maddens and battlfield i want my coins back please.
