Lost coins in Madden Mobile 21

This has happened to me multiple times before... these guys won’t be able to help you unfortunately. If you call the EA help line then you will be told to wait 72 hours to see if the game will correct itself since the auction house is on its own. All you can do is b patient and wait to see if the coins will return. I sold cards that totaled just over 5 million and still haven’t gotten my coins. So I’m near hour 72. I’ll let you know how it goes

Thanks Barry, seems I’ve not raised this in the right place. I tried to search for similar issues via the methods you outlined. I’ll wait 72 hours per the advice of the other user below and see how things sit. It appears this isn’t a widespread bug, but I’m not the only one to experience it

Thanks @WuMingShi26 , appreciate you adding comments & interesting to hear I’m not the only one to experience it & that the AH is separate. I saw during Nick Messina’s Twitch stream today that AH issues are being looked into, which is encouraging.

Have you had any update on your situation now you’re around 72hours?
