Lost Fans in madden mobile

I had just gotten to 10 million fans and then my phone died. After I turned my phone back on I was down to 5 million fans! that was the second to last thing I needed to Odell and now I have to re do it! Has this happened to anyone else? EA support told me to post on here and wait for a developer to find a resolution. Please help!
