Lost Items

I've lost my items on January 18th. Since them I've contacted help.ea.com and a lot. They've transferred my case to "specialist" team and they are resolving my case already for 13 days. I wonder what...

Please wait for your case to be processed and try not to post in allcaps bold with a large font.
