- Have attempted to contact EA. Requested a callback. Spoke with them yesterday evening and they attempted to find my account to recover it but were unable to find it despite clear instructions- league name, level, logo, etc. Was told I was a priority case yet no calls were received. Now I’m missing out on all the thanksgiving specials. Have spent a large amount of money on this game and will contact apple to have it refunded if this isn’t resolved soon. I will not be starting a new account. Username Maximus
