Madden 23 franchise

Does EA play their game after they develop it because I’m convinced there’s just no way they do. Explain to me how you can spend time creating a game for it to be the worst thing you can put out. Nor do you fix your problems when multitudes of people are complaining about the same thing. In what world do I go to the playoffs in franchise mode and then bench all of my starters with no way to put them back in. My right tackle was my starting tight end in a divisional playoff game and there was nothing I could do about it. I play all season just for that to happen and there’s nothing I can do about it I turned off progressive fatigue too and yet nothing changes. I can’t wrap my head around how awful of a game this is and why I spent money on it just for this like do you guys even care about your customers or do you only care about money?
